Yes. Many The Unseen Two collections are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and intentional production.
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery takes 2–3 business days and is available at checkout for ₹399.
Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹10,000. Orders below this threshold incur a flat fee of ₹199.
Yes. We ship to selected countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We ship through Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and FedEx depending on your location and the delivery method selected.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and SMS automatically.
Orders
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Email us immediately at hello@theunseentwo.com to request a cancellation.
Address modifications may be possible before dispatch. Please contact us immediately at hello@theunseentwo.com for assistance.
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times before the package is returned to us. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct when placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes. Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be indicated clearly at the time of purchase.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and sent back with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted.
Exchange requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@theunseentwo.com with your order number and clear images of the issue. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
