RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At The Unseen Two, every piece is made with intention and care. If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
· Unworn and unwashed
· In its original condition with no signs of use, perfume, or damage
· With all original tags attached
· In its original packaging (garment bag, tissue, and branded box)
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
· Sale or discounted items (marked down at time of purchase)
· Items purchased using a promotional discount of 30% or more
· Innerwear, bodysuits, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
· Gift cards
· Items that have been altered, tailored, or customised on request
· Items returned after 14 days of delivery

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1
Email us at hello@theunseentwo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Use the subject line: RETURN — Order #[your order number]
Include the following in your email:
· Your full name and order number
· The item(s) you wish to return
· Reason for return
· Clear photographs of the item if it is damaged or defective
Step 2
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond
with return approval and instructions.
Step 3
Once approved, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and
hand them over to our courier partner for pickup.
· Chandigarh and nearby areas: We offer complimentary pickup
· Other cities in Punjab: We offer complimentary pickup
· Rest of India: Courier charges of ₹199 will be deducted from your refund
· International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Step 4
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your
refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

3. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
Original Payment Method
· Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
· UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
· Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer within 7 business days
(you will be asked to provide your bank account details)
Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue your refund as store credit (The Unseen Two
Gift Card) — processed within 24 hours of return approval.
Please note:
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable
· If you received free shipping, a standard shipping fee of ₹199 will be
deducted from your refund
· Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout

4. EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject
to availability.
To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and mention
your preferred size or colour in your email.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or
store credit.
Exchange shipping:
· First exchange: Complimentary
· Second exchange onwards: ₹199 shipping fee applies

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please
contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@theunseentwo.com.
Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you,
including return shipping.
We take full responsibility for any error on our part.

6. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window,
please contact us at hello@theunseentwo.com with your order number.
We will investigate with our courier partner and provide an update
within 2 business days.
If the order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a full
replacement or refund.

7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they
have not yet been dispatched.
To cancel, email hello@theunseentwo.com immediately with the subject
line: CANCEL — Order #[your order number]
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may
initiate a return once the item is delivered.
Cancellation refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the
original payment method.

8. NON-RETURNABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
We reserve the right to reject a return if:
· The item shows signs of wear, washing, or use
· Tags have been removed
· The item has been damaged after delivery
· The return request is made after 14 days of delivery
· The item does not match what was originally ordered
In such cases, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will
be issued.
