Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard Delivery
Delivered in 5–7 business days.
Free on all orders above ₹5,000.
₹199 flat fee on orders below ₹5,000.

Express Delivery
Delivered in 2–3 business days.
₹399 flat fee on all orders.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

Standard International: 10–14 business days
Express International: 5–7 business days

International orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. If tracking hasn't arrived within 3 business days, contact us at hello@theunseentwo.com.

Delivery Partners

We ship with Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and FedEx depending on your location.

Failed Deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts the package returns to us. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct when ordering.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us within 48 hours at hello@theunseentwo.com with your order number. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
